- Open GIF to Images and add your GIF.
- Each frame is extracted as a separate PNG.
- Download them all in a ZIP.
PNG keeps every frame lossless, so nothing softens. If you'd rather have lighter, photo-style stills, GIF to JPG exports the frames as JPGs instead.
Grab a single still
Extract the frames, then keep only the one you want — handy for a thumbnail, a cover image or a screenshot of a specific moment.
Edit and rebuild
A common workflow is to extract the frames, tweak them (crop, recolour, annotate), and then stitch them back into a new animation with Images to GIF. You control the order and speed when you rebuild, so you can retime the animation while you're at it.
